gamephp Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the gamephp platform at gamephp.vu ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gamephp platform. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility

To create and maintain a gamephp account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or banned from online gaming platforms.
• You are not knowingly using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

gamephp reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held subject to review.

Account Registration and KYC

When registering for a gamephp account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating your account details if they change.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Common accepted documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or similar. gamephp reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gamephp platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following applies to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. No other payment methods are supported.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests require a KYC-verified account. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• OTP verification is required for all withdrawal requests as a security measure.
• gamephp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any foreign currency.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen method and banking hours. gamephp does not control third-party processing delays.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gamephp platform — including slots, fish games, eBingo, live casino tables, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. By playing, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes in electronic games (slots, fish games, eBingo) are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet amounts, or player behaviour.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical activity at the live dealer table and are not controllable by gamephp or its players.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the actual results of the events being wagered on, subject to the applicable betting rules for each sport and market.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended behaviour for financial gain is prohibited. gamephp reserves the right to void winnings arising from exploited errors.
• Collusion between players, use of automated betting tools, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Promotions and Bonuses

gamephp may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Promotions are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods.
• Promotions are available only to eligible, verified accounts unless otherwise stated.
• gamephp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.

Specific bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, and time limits are not established in these Terms. All such details are communicated with the individual promotion and are binding when accepted.

Account Suspension and Termination

gamephp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal activity.
• Account holder determined to be under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts identified for the same individual.
• Collusion, cheating, or exploitation of platform errors.

In the event of account suspension under investigation, funds may be held pending the outcome. gamephp will communicate with the account holder through the registered contact details where legally permissible.

You may request closure of your gamephp account at any time by contacting support via live chat in the App or by emailing [email protected]. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure, subject to verification, will be returned to your nominated Philippine bank account or e-wallet.

Responsible Gaming

gamephp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools within your account to help you manage your play:

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your balance.
• Session time reminders – Receive notifications after you've been playing for a set amount of time.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any update, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
